Once you have completed the FHOG application, fax a copy immediately to IOS P/L document processing on FAX 1300 795 379 - then post the originals.
IOS will ensure it accompany’s the mortgage documents to the lender who, as the Government approved agent for the FHOG, will attend to all processing and advise you direct.

15. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian Society of Accountants, OR the National Institute of Accountants
16. Member of the Police Force
17. Minister of Religion who is an authorised Marriage Celebrant
18. Notary Public
19. Pharmacist
20. Postal Manager
21. Principal in the teaching service
22. Public Employee – current full-time employee of Commonwealth, State, Territory OR Local Government OR Statutory Authority, who has been employed for at least 5 years by one OR more of these employers.
